Midwest Health
Creative Direction | Ad Design | Outdoor Media
This was a run of the mill re-design overhaul like most projects I take on. Midwest Health came to me looking to create a uniform coordinated ”brand strategy” that is applied from their flyers to their billboards.

The Challenge
This was a complete makeover from the ads they used in the past. The client wanted a cleaner more modern “look” for their Newspaper ads and Outdoor Media
The Process
I did extensive research on ad campaigns that were done with a uniform coordinated “look” throughout all communication levels. I wanted to make sure that certain elements would be consistent in the News ads as well as the bus ads. I have done numerous New York City Bus advertisements but never for the city of Detroit. Complying with their ad guidelines was a tad bit different. After establishing a design base for the print ads, I was then able to duplicate the isolated model images throughout each ad. All ads were targeted to certain markets whether by geographic areas, newspaper readerships, bus routes, ethnicity and age groups.
Final Product
The client was very pleased with their new ad campaign. The new ads allowed them to showcase their product with a fresher approach that expands their reach to a younger more competitve crowd. You can actually see their old ads in the images above.
